Custom Orders & Policies

Each of our pieces is custom and made-to-order, just for you. Because we’re a small, growing business, all purchases are currently final sale and non-refundable. We’re working hard to grow and hope to offer size exchanges and refunds in the near future.

We know that making a final-sale purchase can feel daunting — so we encourage you to schedule a virtual consultation with us before placing your order. We’ll help you determine the best size and fit to make sure your piece is just right.

Returns

All items are non-refundable and considered final sale.

Custom Sizing

Your selected custom size will be verified against your provided measurements before shipping. Please note that any additional alterations after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
